How do I place an order?– You follow the description on website. 

How do I view what´s in my shopping cart?– It will show in the black box at the top of the website to the right. 

How do I add items to my cart?- You click; Add to shopping cart.

How do I remove items of my cart?– You remove the item by clicking at the shopping cart. 

How will I know if you have received my order?– You will get a confirmation e-mail automatically once the payment has gone through.  

Can I have my order delivered to another address?– Yes, by specifying your delivery address. 

Will you tell me when my order has been dispatched?– Yes, instantly when placing order and payment has been confirmed. 

How do I know if an item is available?– It shows automatically when clicking on item at the right side. 

What size should I order?– It is specified under “Available options” for every item. 

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?– No. 

To which countries do you ship to?– We ship worldwide. 

How long does the delivery take?– Normally 3-10 working days. 

How much costs the delivery?– We have FREE SHIPPING. 

How will my parcel be delivered?– Carefully packed in hard paper box.  

Can I send the order to a different address than the billing address? (For example if I want to send a gift to a friend from another city)- Yes, by specifying your delivery address.

Is it possible to cancel an order when it has already been sent to you?- Yes, according to our return policy. 

Will my order be shipped if there is an item out of stock?– Yes, we will ship the available items. The items out of stock will be shipped as soon they are available.
